Kelowna, Canada—August, 25, 2016—Waterplay® Solutions is excited to announce its aquatic play structure at Garside Pool in Las Vegas was recognized in the 2016 Dream Designs by Aquatics International Magazine. Garside Pool is one of 10 play spaces around the world recognized with the annual award for excellence and innovation in aquatic facility design.
As part of a large-scale renovation to Garside Pool originally built in 1971, the Waterplay Activity Tower introduces an inclusive and multi-functional play amenity. Situated in the leisure pool’s shallow entry, the activity tower features a family-friendly design with gentle slide flumes, spray columns, and hands-on water cannons that appeal to children of all ages. Themed elements like rattlesnake and cactus sprays pay tribute to the area’s natural heritage while appealing to the visitor’s imagination. The structure completes the pool’s overall re-design by Aquatic Design Group and California Commercial Pools.
Waterplay is honoured to be recognized as a 2016 Dream Design Supplier and to have helped shape this world-class aquatic space for the Las Vegas community.
